We are a diverse group of photographers from beginners to experts. The MRCC has something for everyone!
The purpose of this organization is to foster the advancement of photographic knowledge and techniques amongst the club members; and to have fun! We meet to display, critique and discuss photography in a friendly atmosphere.
Visitors are always welcome!
We meet on the second Monday of each month at the Lyons District restored Railroad Depot at 7:00 p.m. thanks to the Clinton Jaycees.

January Scavenger Hunt Winners
Scavenger hunts are a twist on the standard scavenger
hunts we all played as children.
This scavenger hunt is a photography exercise to help us develop our photographic eye in our daily life.
The goal is to capture specific items/scenes/moods etc. that
depict the topic. A topic is chosen by vote of the club membership
each competition. Members are encouraged to think, stretch, go outside
the box, look at what is in their world, be creative, capture that
which they normally look at but don't necessarily "see."
Topic: "Patterns"
